How our pick up works
We offer Free pickup service daily (Mon-Sat) at our warehouse in Richmond, BC. (near IKEA)
This option is available at checkout. Full address is provided at checkout.
Orders over $300 before tax will receive a 5% discount.
PICKUP STEPS
- Place your order online before 12:30pm.
- Your order will be at our pickup location at the selected time at checkout.
- Take your order.

IMPORTANT:
You must order before 12:30pm.
Our pickup times go from 10am to 2pm.
We need at least 1 hour to prepare your order.
We don't allow additions at the moment of pick up. If you forgot an item, please place another order.
Our pick up Service is FREE.

If you are a new customer, you can contact us for more information before you place your first order.
Important.
Any attempt to pick up an order without our confirmation will be rejected.
Your order MUST BE placed online before you can pick up.
We may do billing once the order is ready to pick up, before pick up date/time.
We don't do additions at the time of pick up.

Pickup FAQ
Can I add to an order?
You can't do order additions at the moment of pick up, but you can create a new order (*ahead of time), and we will combine them.
*Always notify us first. Give us at least a couple of hours before the scheduled pickup date/time
How late can I order for pickup?
The latest you can order is by 1pm.
Where is your location?
We are in Richmond, BC near IKEA.
At checkout we will provide full address and instructions for pickup.
Can I switch from pickup to shipping?
If your order is set to pick up and you wish to have it shipped. Please contact us. We can switch your order to shipping. It will ship on the next available shipping date/time.
Can I move my pickup time for later or next day?
We can extend pickup time until 2pm. If you can't make it on time, please let us know ahead of time and we can re-schedule it for another day.
